Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges on eligible products in case of:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged product received

Size issue

Manufacturing defect

Product significantly different from what was ordered

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Product should not have stains, perfume smell, or damage caused after delivery

Unboxing video and clear product images may be required for verification

MiamiCrest reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided in all valid cases after successful verification of the returned product.

Once approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Amount will be refunded to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer

COD order refunds are processed through bank transfer or UPI only

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Incorrect size

Damaged products

Wrong item received

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may choose:

Store credit

Alternative product

Non-Returnable Items

Washed or worn products

Products returned without original packaging

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available

Domestic shipping is available all over India at no additional cost
